Gullivers Website Redesign: UX, UI & Information Architecture
Leading End-to-End Design for Gullivers
Designing the Information Architecture
To organise Gullivers’ offerings, the site was structured around four primary categories—Events, Tours, Schools, and Corporate—allowing users to quickly navigate based on their needs. Each category reflects a distinct user group with different booking requirements
Simplifying Travel Search
The search experience was designed as a primary entry point, enabling users to quickly find relevant options across Events, Tours, Schools, and Corporate travel.
From Search to Booking
Wireframed the booking flow and designed the UI to support different user types, from solo travellers to twin-share. The experience allows users to select ticket type, room type, and accommodation in a clear and structured interface.
Evolving the Experience
Wireframes were iterated into high-fidelity UI designs to ensure clarity across multiple user journeys while maintaining a consistent and accessible experience.
Developed the digital brand and designed a suite of landing pages focused on driving engagement and conversions.
Crafted a clear content hierarchy, refined visual consistency, and implemented responsive layouts.
I led the rollout of the Gullivers brand identity—developed by John & John—into a cohesive, website experience, working closely with the Head of Marketing and Seamit, whose UX expertise informed key decisions. I translated this knowledge into wireframes and refined UI designs, adding clarity and improving the overall experience.
From early wireframing through to brand development and final UI, I focused on simplifying navigation, structuring content more effectively, and creating a seamless user flow—bringing the Gullivers brand to life.
